Delicious Days: Smoked Goada Mac and Cheese

 

Creamy, delicious, gooey and delightful. Missing some texture. There was an option to add bacon, and boy I wish I'd taken it. Maybe some toasted breadcrumbs on top would have done the trick. 

The burgers here were not a good choice. Skip them.
